Returns & Exchange Policy

This service delivery policy outlines the rules and regulations regarding delivery of our services.

Your Acceptance

You acknowledge that you have read and understood our service delivery policy and agree to be bound by it.

If you do not agree with (or cannot comply with it, then you may not use Our Services, but please let us know by emailing us at [email protected] so we can try to find a solution. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who wish to access or use Our Services.


You have only 30 days to return a product bought from us. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

It must also be in the original packaging. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, magazines etc cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Our restocking fee is 15% of the cost of the product's current price in our store. 

All shipping cost regarding your return or shipping from us in the case of an exchange shall not be our cost.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please send your purchase back to:
